We want the enrollment process to be simple, welcoming, and informative.
Whether you're looking for full-time care, part-time care, before- or after-school programming, Saturday care, or one of our flexible family services, we're here to help you find the option that best meets your family's needs.

Becoming Part of the QRT Family Is Easy
1. Submit an Enrollment Inquiry
Tell us a little about your child, the program you're interested in, and your family's childcare needs.

A member of our team will contact you to discuss availability, answer questions, and help determine the best program for your Treasure.
3. Visit QRT
Families are encouraged to schedule a tour to see our environment, learn more about our programs, and ask questions before enrollment.

4. Complete Your Enrollment Packet
Once placement is confirmed, families will receive the required enrollment forms and information needed before their child's first day.
5. Welcome to the Royal Family!
Once all required documents, fees, and enrollment requirements are completed, we'll prepare to welcome your Treasure to QRT.

Care Designed With Families in Mind
Full-Time Care
Consistent Monday–Friday childcare for families needing regular weekly care.
Up to 45 hours per week
Part-Time Care
A flexible option for families who don't need five full days of childcare.
Up to 3 days per week
Availability is based on classroom enrollment and scheduling.
Before & After School Care
Safe, engaging care for school-age children before and/or after their regular school day.
Transportation may be available for eligible schools and routes.
Saturday Care
Saturday childcare provides families with an additional option for work, appointments, errands, events, or other weekend needs.
Availability and advance registration requirements may apply.
Life Savers Care
Sometimes you don't need childcare every day—you just need someone you trust when life happens.
Our Life Savers Program provides flexible, short-term childcare for families needing care for a few hours.
Up to 4 hours per day

We welcome new families throughout the year as space becomes available.
Preparing for Enrollment
Before your child's first day, all required enrollment information and documentation must be completed and submitted.
Depending on your child's age and program, required information may include:
• Completed enrollment forms
• Parent/guardian contact information
• Emergency contact information
• Authorized pickup information
• Health and medical information
• Current immunization records or applicable documentation
• Medication or allergy information, when applicable
• Childcare schedule
• School information for school-age children
• Transportation authorization, when applicable
• Signed program policies and agreements
• Required enrollment fees
Additional documentation may be required based on your child's individual needs or program.
QRT will provide families with the appropriate enrollment packet and assist with questions before your child's start date.

Queen’s Royal Treasures serves children from 6 weeks through 12 years old.
Do you offer part-time childcare?
Yes. Part-time options are available based on classroom space and scheduling.
Do you offer school-age care?
Yes. QRT offers programming for children ages 6–12, including before- and after-school care and additional programming based on our operating schedule.
Is transportation available?

Is QRT faith-based?
Yes. Queen’s Royal Treasures is a Christian faith-based childcare and learning program. Faith and character are incorporated in developmentally appropriate ways throughout our program.
