Hello I'm Pastor Graham. I'm the church founder and senior Pastor. I just wanted to welcome you to our child care center and to the QRT family. Please feel free to also visit us at our sanctuary. We love seeing new faces at The Way and all are welcome! We are located at 12520 Lusher Rd 63138, right off highway 367.
The Way Services: Morning Worship on Sundays at 11am and
Bible Study on Wednesdays at 6:30pm.

MEET OUR CHILD CARE CENTER FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
CHANGING THE WORLD
Everything happens for a reason and I truly believe we are here because God always had this center in the plan. My name is Queen and I used to own Queen's Royal Touch that was burned down in the Ferguson riots in November 2014. A couple weeks after coming home from my honeymoon, my life changed drastically. I went through some struggles including losing my business, almost losing my daughter twice, losing my home and car along with being involved in several major car accidents leaving my car totaled and my back severely injured. But God!!! God set me on another course to focus on others in the midst of my own storms. After 3 years I got my space back and we started praying for direction. My husband and I decided to start an outreach ministry within our church which focuses on teaching Christian morals, education, and fitness. We thought about our children and knew we wanted them to have the very best of everything God has to offer. So we decided instead of me going back to teaching full-time in the public school district, I would work for God full-time in the ministry. I’ve been in the educational field since 2000 and it's been the best times of my life. My passion is teaching and now I get to teach with God at the center of it all without the restrictions. I love it and I'm excited about the journey ahead. Everyday our teachers create opportunities for exploration and learning by establishing engaging environments where students feel safe, comfortable, and confident. We have amazing instructors who are caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated to helping students exceed their every expectation.
Staff Qualifications:
All the lead teachers hold a four-year college degree or have completed required basic coursework in early childhood education. Every year, the director, teachers, and assistant teachers must complete a required number of continued training hours. All the volunteers are former teachers or students seeking degrees in early childhood education. In addition, our staff members truly love and understand child development and our play-based philosophy.
