Associate Pastor Queen Greene

My name is Pastor Queen Greene, and I am the Founder and Director of Queen’s Royal Treasures EDU-FIT Childcare & Learning Center.

​

My journey to QRT was not the journey I planned—but it was the journey God used to prepare me for this calling.

In 2014, I owned Queen’s Royal Touch, a business that was destroyed during the Ferguson unrest. Just weeks after returning home from my honeymoon, my life changed dramatically. I experienced the loss of my business, nearly lost my daughter twice, and lost my home and vehicle. I was also involved in several serious automobile accidents that left my vehicle totaled and caused significant injuries.

But God.

In the middle of circumstances I never would have chosen, God began redirecting my life and my purpose. What felt like loss became preparation. What felt like an ending became the beginning of something greater. God began shifting my focus from what I had lost to the lives I could help build.

After several years, I regained my space, and I began praying for direction. I wanted to create something that would serve children and families in a meaningful way. I envisioned an outreach ministry within our church centered on Christian values, education, fitness, character, and personal development.

I thought about our own children and the kind of environment we wanted them to experience—one where they could learn, grow, move, discover their gifts, develop confidence, and understand that God has a purpose for their lives.

That vision became Queen’s Royal Treasures EDU-FIT Childcare & Learning Center.

I have been working in education since 2000, and teaching has always been one of the greatest passions of my life. My educational background includes degrees in education and administration, Missouri teaching certification, and years of experience as an educator, coach, department leader, and mentor.

​

But QRT represents something different.

Here, I have the opportunity to bring together the things I love most: children, education, fitness, faith, and purpose.

I believe children deserve more than someone simply watching them while their parents are away. They deserve an environment where they are known, valued, challenged, encouraged, nurtured, and inspired.

That's why we say:

At Queen's Royal Treasures, God's Word is our foundation. Education and fitness are central to our approach, and the well-being and development of every child is our priority.

I am incredibly grateful for the journey that brought me here. I may not have understood every season while I was living through it, but today I can look back and see that God was preparing me for this.

​

My prayer is that every child who enters QRT discovers something valuable within themselves—a gift, a talent, a passion, a purpose, or simply the confidence to believe that they can become everything God created them to be.
